NOTE: This letter was received from
one of our "Happy PMS" distributors.
Dear Barbara,
I am writing you to thank you for introducing me to
the use of natural progesterone. When you first told me about it I was very
skeptical. As I listened to the tapes by Dr. Lee and read his book, it became
apparent that perhaps there were some applications for this product in my
practice. As you know, as an OB-Gyn I see many patients with PMS, irregular
bleeding, pill problems, endometriosis and menopause.
My first usage of the natural progesterone was
reserved and after long counseling with some of my long standing patients. I
would preface my talk with, "please don't think I am crazy, but..." As I have
gained experience with the use of the natural progesterone my talks have
become less defensive-but are still necessary so that the patient understands
what we are attempting to accomplish with the natural progesterone. I
currently have a dozen or so patients who are using the natural progesterone
cream who have given me feedback as to its effectiveness. I now have had
"success" treating PMS related migraines, moodiness, and dysmenorrhea. I have
one patient who is having success treating endometriosis and several who are
successful treating breast tenderness.
My other use of the progesterone cream has been for
older women who do not want estrogen. They are anxious for something
affordable that may prevent osteoporosis. Fosamax and Calcitonin-Salmon are
both very expensive. I have found that women are very receptive to this
alternative and I have used my new found experience and knowledge as a
practice builder. So thank you once again for introducing me to the natural
progesterone.
Most sincerely,
C. Glenn Saunders M.D. FACOG

I am so excited about the results that I am getting
using the "Happy PMS" cream that I am compelled to write this, my second
letter to you.
As I wrote you a couple of months ago, I stopped
taking my estrogen in March of this year. I also had been taking syn-thyroid
.125 for the last five years after being diagnosed with hypothyroidism. The
medication never did seem to do me any good and I had asked several doctors
and pharmacists over the years if I could just quit taking the medication.
All of them said, "Oh, no you can never stop taking it, it would be very
dangerous for you to stop." Well, I had been feeling so good after stopping
the estrogen that I just decided one day - well the doctor told me I couldn't
stop taking estrogen and I feel wonderful, I am just going to stop the syn-thyroid
too. I was just going to try it for a few days and see if I could tell any
differences without it.
Well... I am now five months into my experiment to be
off of all medication and I am proud to say that I have been feeling more like
I did 10-15 years ago, every single day.
These are the benefits that I have already
experienced: I have had no headaches, I haven't taken a single aspirin since
going off the medications. Before, I had headaches at least 4 to 5 times a
week. I feel very free, not having to be bothered with remembering to take a
"Pill" every day. My hair had been thinning ever since my hysterectomy and
the onset of taking estrogen 18 years ago. It is now starting to thicken up
and seems to be healthier. Before, I regularly had chest pains during the day
and at night and also an accelerated heart beat. Neither of which have I had
a single time since stopping the synthetic hormone replacement. I just seem
to feel younger and have more energy. I also had periodic low blood sugar
episodes and I haven't had one in four months. I don't understand it, but I
love it.
Please understand that I want to make one point
perfectly clear. I certainly don't recommend that any person who truly has
hypo-thyroidism to just stop taking their medication without their doctor's
approval; however, the reason that I have told you about my experience is that
doctors sometimes mis-diagnosis. I truly don't think that I ever had hypo-thyroidism
in the first place. That is why I did not feel any different when they put me
on it 5 years ago and it did not help any of my symptoms, then when I
expressed this to the doctors over the last 5 years and I told them about the
headaches, chest pains and accelerated heart beat episodes, they would just
scoff it off and say well you need your medicine and everything is OK. This is
why I did not have any "problems" when I stopped taking the medicine instead I
felt better, because I didn't need it in the first place.
I wish all of you great success with your product and
thank you for what it has done for me.
Respectfully,
Donna Cato
My Testimonial
My name is Betty Cook and I'm 30 years old. I have
lived in Georgia for 9 years. From the first time I ever had a period it was
awful. I had lower back pain, very moody, fibrocystic breasts, and my cramps
were just unbearable, I ended up in bed for 3 days. Once I had kids I thought
all the symptoms would go away. I was wrong. The lower back pain wasn't as
bad but it was still there, and I was still moody. My cramps got worse. I
couldn't stand that pain for 6 days every month. The doctor said he couldn't
do anything for me.
I heard about this natural progesterone cream and was told to try it.
That it would help my cramps and other symptoms of PMS. I used the cream for
30 days. When it was almost time for my next period I prayed it would work
and my cramps would be gone. My period started and I had very minor
cramping. I was so happy. After living with these cramps for so long, it was
a great relief. I continued using the cream for the next 30 days. When my
period came, I had no cramping at all. I found the cream worked on all my
symptoms of PMS.
I am very thankful that this product was developed. It is a remarkable
product and I'm thankful to have the opportunity to even try it. I just wish
it had been around when I was 11 years old. I very much believe in this
product and would recommend that women who have severe cramping and other PMS
symptoms try this cream. It's simple to use and I have had no side effects
since I started using it. With using this cream I no longer have lower back
pain, I'm not moody, my fibrocysts are gone, and there is no cramping at all.
I believe it's what all women have been waiting for all these years.

Dear Happy PMS:
In November 1995, a good friend who knew I was having
difficulty with menopause sent me a jar of Happy PMS cream. She told me by
phone how it had helped her and others. I was very skeptical that a cream you
rub in twice a day could be of any benefit.
I had chosen to get off estrogen and provera because
of all the risks and apparent side effects I was experiencing. My
prescription had run out and the "around the clock" hot flashes had returned.
So not knowing at the time there was a "natural alternative," I had made up my
mind to go back to the doctor to renew the prescription the same week my
friend called. My intent was to stay on the synthetics just long enough to
get me through the holidays. Thank God for that phone call. Three weeks
after using Happy PMS, I began to feel like a new person without the "hot
flashes".
It is now almost a year later, and I feel Great! My
blood pressure is normal. The arthritis pain is gone. No more headaches and
dizzy spells; no water retention, and I'm getting a good nights sleep. I've
lost 10 pounds and have more energy than before. What more could I ask?
This cream is "truly remarkable," and you can bet
I've told a lot of my friends who are now using it and reaping the benefits as
I have.

My name is Brenda Bullock, I am 53 years of age. I
had a hysterectomy at age 46 and was put on a synthetic hormone called Provera.
I had already entered Menopause before my hysterectomy. My menopausal
symptoms consisted of depression, constipation, physical and mental
exhaustion, crying and weeping spells, irritability, mood swings, hot flashes,
and lowered sex drive.
After I started taking Provera I noticed I started
bloating and all my other symptoms of menopause worsened. I was very hard to
live with and was extremely temperamental. I was easily frustrated. My
family no longer wanted to be around me. I needed to find something that
would work on my symptoms and give me some kind of relief.
I moved to Georgia a year ago. I heard of a creme
that could possibly help with my symptoms of menopause. I purchased a jar of
Happy PMS creme that contains Natural Progesterone. I found within a few
weeks that my symptoms of depression, constipation, frustration, hot flashes,
and irritability had lessened to the point of almost not existing. My
symptoms of bloating, mood swings, physical and mental exhaustion, crying and
weeping spells had all disappeared. I feel a lot better since I started using
this creme. I use it everyday, twice a day.
I think Happy PMS is a wonderful product. I believe
in this product and would recommend other women with these symptoms to try
it. I prefer to use the creme than to take Provera (which has side effect)
for the rest of my life. It's easy to use and causes no side effects. I have
regained control of my life and feel 100% better.

Symptoms:
Irregular Mense
Hot Flashes
Fibrocystic Breasts
Water Retention
Craving for Sweets
Mood Swings, Sensitive
Sinusitus (3-day headache)
This is my personal story of how Happy PMS
moisturizing body cream containing natural progesterone helped me. As a lot
of women do, I first attempted to get relief by following my GYN's
recommendations. Since I was over forty, the doctor wanted me to follow up
every six months. For years I returned with no changes in my situation. My
doctor would say that we need to allow more time. She would change the
strength of the hormones (Premarin and provera--synthetic of course). Over a
period of ten years, provera was increased from .50 to 2.65 mg. Still, I
could see no changes. None of the medicine over the counter was strong enough
to take to the pain away in my head, so when it got so bad that I couldn't
stand the pain I would take a pain killer prescribed by the doctor.
Finally, I took the initiative to discontinue all the
synthetic hormones. For the next two years I experimented with the natural
approach. That's when I discovered a natural progesterone made from the
extract of the wild yam that has the exact molecular formulation as the
progesterone produced by our body. I used the cream the first month not
realizing the intensity of my symptoms as much. The headache was like a dull
feeling - no pain. The second month was of lesser intensity than the month
before. However, the third month was a breeze! No symptoms at all - didn't
retain water, craving for sweets not noticeable, breast problems gone, regular
to the day, and best of all: no sinus headache.
I thank God for doctors like John R. Lee, M.D. and
Julian Whitaker, M.D. who dared to speak up and share the knowledge they have
accumulated over the years to help women be more informed for better health.
Women must assume the responsibility for their own health by becoming
knowledgeable and seeking informed opinions from various sources. We must
learn how to have our medical advisors join with us for a partnership for
health instead of the present child-parent relationship.
